For the Customer Care team, we are looking for experienced Customer Care agents who want to grow with us. Are you service-oriented and communicative, bike-savvy, and do you thrive in a scale-up organisation?

What will you be doing in the role of Customer Care Agent?

As a Customer Care Department, we get many questions by phone and email every day. What is the inseam for the Veloretti Maxi? I ordered a bike for my boyfriend's birthday, will it still arrive on time? Does the basket also fit on the Robyn? You have the answer to all these questions. As the first point of contact, you know how to speak to our customers in a friendly manner, you are service-oriented and give them a pleasant and efficient customer experience.

Some of the tasks that come along:

  • Answering all incoming emails and phone calls

  • Checking the current orders daily and staying in close contact with the warehouse

  • Informing customers about their orders

Whether it is the warehouse, the brand store, or external carriers, you will be in contact with all departments.

  • You speak and write fluently Dutch and/or English
