Customer Care Employee (German/English/Dutch)

Job description

Intro Veloretti

Veloretti was founded in 2011 to get people cycling in the city. More than a decade later, it has grown to be much more than that. With bikes for the whole family, both classic and electric, we continue to make cycling accessible and easy for all. Whether you’re riding around the block with your stuffed animal, dragging your backpack to school, or on a fast commute to work–our goal is to provide clean and timeless designs that make every ride a thrill.  We believe cycling is the future. And with a full range of quality products, we aim to bring it to the next generation by combining great design, affordable pricing and simple yet innovative technology.

Your main goal at Veloretti

Your main goal at Veloretti will be to help customers have the best after-sales experience. If they have a question regarding their order, or if they want to know which bikes fit best, of the accessoires fit a certain bike or anything else, you will be able to help them.

Job requirements

Our ideal candidate

Our ideal candidate is someone who has great listening skills and is a clear communicator. You know how to handle challenging situations and take initiative. And most importantly: you feel a strong connection to Veloretti and our customers, and do everything within your power to make sure the customer service is on par with our customers’ expectations.

In terms of hard skills we are looking for:

  • fluency in Dutch;

  • fluency in German or English;
  • at least 1 year of experience within a customer oriented role;

  • experience with startup/scale-up environments is preferred.

What is in it for you?

So we have the standard benefits such as a competitive salary, 8% holiday allowance and 25 holidays. But if those are your main drivers, you will have plenty of places to choose from. So what else is in it for you? With Veloretti you will work for a well known consumer brand, and you can see them driving through the city more and more often. You will be part of a fast, internationally growing company, where you will learn from the mistakes we make and the successes we achieve. Because of the size of the company, you will have a broader role than what is described in this job description. You will work alongside creative and driven colleagues who will help you grow to the next level.

  • 8% holiday allowance.
