Are you ready for a challenging role where you can utilize both your managerial and administrative skills? We are looking for an Assistant Brandstore Manager who is independent, solution-oriented, and passionate about coordinating our daily operations and managing a team.

Do you want to work in our ambitious Veloretti brandstore where the brand experience for customers is paramount? Then we are looking for you!

What will you do?

• Coordinate daily operations in the store and workshop. Responsible for creating schedules and administrative tasks.

• Act as the point of contact for our customers and ensure an excellent customer experience, for example, during test rides.

• Proactively thinking along to improve customer experiences (in creative ways). 

• Operationally manage, motivate, and lead a close and passionate team of store personnel and bike mechanics, alongside the Brandstore Manager.

• Identify bottlenecks and come up with practical solutions.

• Involved in communication with the Logistics departments at the headquarters, regarding inventory, warranty, and customer experiences.

• Leadership abilities: You have experience or ambition in managing a team and know how to motivate employees.

• Administrative skills: You are strong in organizing schedules and other administrative tasks.

• Retail experience: You have experience in a retail environment and know what it takes to run it successfully.

• Flexibility: You are available five days a week, including at least one weekend day.
