Brandstore Employee | Amsterdam | 32 hours
Since 2012, Veloretti has been designing stylish, functional bicycles from the heart of Amsterdam. What began with a clear mission—to make timeless design accessible—has grown into a familiar sight on the streets of cities all across Europe.

Our collection now includes electric models, city bikes, and children's bikes for all ages. At Veloretti, we believe in simplicity, innovation, and the power of good design. Main goal
As our Brandstore Employee, you are the face of Veloretti. You don't just sell bikes; you deliver the full Veloretti experience. Whether a customer walks in for a test ride on an electric Ivy or Ace, or needs advice on the perfect city bike, you make sure they leave with a smile. Your goal is to turn visitors into ambassadors.

What you will do
You will work in our flagship store in Amsterdam, where no day is the same. Your responsibilities include:

  • Customer experience: Greeting customers, listening to their needs, and providing expert advice on our e-bikes, city bikes, kids bikes and accessories.

  • Customer support: Handling more complex customer questions or situations together with the Brandstore Manager and Customer Care when needed.

  • Test rides: Setting up bikes for test rides and ensuring customers feel safe and comfortable before they hit the streets.

  • Visual merchandising: Keeping the store looking premium, organized, and welcoming at all times.

  • Operations: Handling daily Brandstore operations, handling payments, managing stock, and ensuring administrative tasks (regarding our repair hub) are processed correctly.

  • Product knowledge: Staying up-to-date with the ins and outs of our products so you can answer any technical or lifestyle question.

Job requirements

What you bring to the ride
You are energetic, social, and you love connecting with people. You are well-organized, able to manage tasks efficiently, and keep things running smoothly. You don’t wait for things to happen; you make them happen. 

  • Experience: Experience in hospitality or retail is a big plus. You know what true service looks like.

  • Communication: You are an excellent communicator in English. Do you speak Dutch? That’s a great advantage.

  • Availability: You are available for 32 hours a week. Since we are a retail brand, being available on weekends is part of the job.

  • Attitude: You are outgoing, proactive, and represent our "Forever Forward" mindset.
